A Beautiful Sunday

My wife and I attended Mass Saturday night which left me time to cook lunch - something I enjoy doing when there is time for it. Today's menu: Ravioli Pomodoro Diavilo.

seven cheese ravioli
tomato sauce
sliced cherub tomatoes
chilis
black olives
smoked sausage
fresh baby spinach
cream
parmasan on top
brown it in the oven
Rave reviews are rewarding!

O yes, my chef-daughter made the world's best chocolate cake (we're talking from scratch, real butter, mountains of cocoa) and iced coffee (8 hour cold brewed!) for desserts. Wowser! Then spent the afternoon with Midsomer Murders from the local library. I may be broke but life is still wonderful.
